At olyvra, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the delicate nature of imitation jewelry, we offer refunds only in case of damaged or defective products. We have a 5 days return policy.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only if the product received is damaged or defective.

You must raise a refund request within 5 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund

Email us at olyvrafashion@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and clear images of the damaged product.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item.

No refunds are given for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
