Refund Policy – Olyvra

At olyvra, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the delicate nature of imitation jewelry, we offer refunds only in case of damaged or defective products. We have a 5 days return policy.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided only if the product received is damaged or defective.

  • You must raise a refund request within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at olyvrafashion@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and clear images of the damaged product.

  2. If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10  business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
  3. Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item.

Important Notes

  • No refunds are given for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or minor variations.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) must be arranged by the customer.
